	OVEN TEST... SIMPLY DELICIOUS!!   Hot Bread, Flaky Biscuits, Rasberry Pie and Lasagna.  Lot's of room for 3 loaves, or a whole tray of biscuits, or Lasagna and pie either side by side or top and bottom cooking.
I guess this is the bottom line...  The bread was cooked at 350 for 20 minutes. They came out perfect....better than what I do at home. The key... was Chris's little girl had a friend over and they first ate all of the flaky biscuits we had made.  Then they had some of the bread. Then they went to go play at her house.... taking one of the loaves of bread in a large baggie in tow. (Chris made them stop and ask permission.) What more can I say...  We were able to adjust the heat fairly easily just using air flow.  The oven thermometer (on the side) was pretty accurate.  We tested it by opening up the oven from time to time and reading the temperature with a laser thermometer. The lasagna and pie were great. We had to cook them at 375-400 for 70 minutes. No problem. We also cooked some biscuits IN the oven.. but Chris's camera wasn't working well when they came out. They were flaky and just about perfect. They didn't last long. **the stove was easy to get up to temperature... and easy to keep there for about 5 hours. We didn't have a lot of wood either... but it was 1/2" thin mostly hardwood out of old broken up pallets. **The stove put off a lot of heat.  **Once the fire was going well.. we closed the door all the way, and the fire maintained temp of 700+ for hours with just the air vent open. We added a few small chunks of wood and a few slats of wood. It wasn't very much because we didn't have very much to begin with.  I left.. and Chris said the stove was still hot 6 hours later.
